Tôi nghĩ Snowden muốn dùng thế "tương công" như trận Xích Bích trong Tam Quốc (Khổng Minh hợp tác với Tôn Quyền đánh Tào Tháo), lấy Trung Quốc và Nga làm đòn bẩy. Nhưng ông ta đã đi sai nước cờ là thế lực tương công có thể bị phía địch lôi kéo bằng trao đổi...?

1/. No one is above the law.
2/. No penalty without law making it so.

The AP's Lawsuit was truck out because it disclosed no cause of action.
Pháp luật là phải có chứng cứ xác thực (ghi âm...) và nguồn căn. Tại sao vụ kiện AP có thể bị xóa bỏ?
